PestPac Mobile Version 3 is a free Android native application developed by WorkWave. The app is designed to improve technician productivity, customer experience, and reduce administrative time. The offline functionality of the app is enhanced, which includes device scanning and printing.

The app has a lot of features such as viewing the appointment list, tracking time in/out of jobs, accessing and updating service and account information. You can add new service locations or service orders, and track and add material information to service orders. You can also attach files to orders and accounts, draw and attach diagrams to accounts, and securely process credit cards. The app also allows printing and emailing inspection reports, invoices and service orders. With the IPM module, you can inspect areas and devices, add materials, conditions, and pest findings to areas and devices, and view a summary of applied materials and open conditions. The app also allows scanning devices using the phone camera or approved external scanner. With the termite module, you can inspect and scan Sentricon® bait stations, track termite activity, and fill in, accept signature, print or email termite inspection forms (WDO/WDI).
